What is 808 Studio?

 808 Studio is Manila’s first boutique dance fitness studio. We’re all about making fitness fun and inclusive through dance. We each have our own beat and we want to empower you to discover yours!

Where are you located?

808 Studio is located at the 4th floor of The Podium Mall, 12 ADB Ave, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong, 1550 Metro Manila

Is there parking available?

Yes, paid parking is available at the basement of The Podium Mall. Standard mall rates apply!

Is there a minimum age requirement to join an 808 Studio class?

Anyone 13 years old and above are welcome to join our adult classes. A parent or guardian must sign a waiver for all clients under 18.

What amenities are available at 808 Studio?

We have key-coded lockers, full-service bathrooms, water-filling stations and equipment all ready for you to use before, during and after your workout. All you need to do is come in comfortable workout clothes and prepare for a good time!

Does 808 Studio have shower rooms?

Yes, we do have shower rooms. We have full-service bathrooms with showers and towels all ready for your use!

What do I wear to a cardio dance party?

Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in but make sure you have athletic shoes and socks on! Strictly rubber soled shoes only are allowed in the studio.

How much of a party is 808 Studio’s classes?

We aim to bring out the fun in fitness through an inclusive, dance party environment so expect loud, beat-bumping music and flashing lights throughout the workout. Your safety is our priority so if you feel overwhelmed by the environment at any point in the workout, our instructors and crew members are here to help!

I’ve never had formal dance experience. Do I need it?

No, you don’t need any formal dance experience to join our classes at 808 Studio. We welcome everyone, regardless of your dance background. Our classes are designed to be inclusive, allowing you to learn and enjoy the workout at your own pace. The focus is on having fun, feeling the music, and getting a great workout, so anyone can jump in and have a fantastic time. Check out our Classes page for more information.

I’m interested! How do I sign up for a class?

Create a new account through the website and purchase your class credits. Once successfully purchased, log-in back to your account at 808studio.ph, click ‘BOOK NOW’ to see the schedule,and book the class you’re interested in!

How do I purchase a class series?

Look through our packages, pick the series that suits your needs and click to purchase! Our payment processing is secure via Xendit so don’t fret if you’re redirected to the Xendit page. Choose your payment options and fill in the necessary details– from card/debit, G-cash, and other QR code payment methods. Once complete, go back to the 808 Studio website where you can book the class you’re interested in.

What payment methods are accepted?

For online transactions, our system processes payments via Xendit where major credit cards, debit cards, and QR codes are also accepted. For in-studio transactions, we can take cash and all major credit and debit cards.

How often are class schedules released?

Class schedules for the week are released every Monday at 11 AM so set your alarms!

The class I want is full! Is there a waitlist?

Yes, click on the waitlist button of the class you’re interested in. You will be added to the list and notified via email once a spot becomes available. Take note that class credits are deducted if you get off the waitlist. If you no longer want to be on the waitlist, remove yourself through your online account or call the studio. Getting off the waitlist can happen up to 1 hour before class time so make sure you plan accordingly!

I’m running late because of traffic! What do I do?

Give us a heads up by shooting us a DM on Instagram (@808studioph) and we will hold your spot until 5 minutes before class starts. For safety reasons, we do not allow entry into the studio 5 minutes after class starts but if you make it before the cut off, you will need to take slots that are closest to the door to maintain a smooth flow during class.

When should I arrive at the studio?

You can arrive up to 15 minutes before your scheduled class time to check in, get settled and pick your spot once studio doors are opened. Spots are designated on the floor to give ample space between dancers and are selected on a first come first served basis. Latecomers who arrive within the 5-minute window are allowed to enter class but can only take designated spots that are closest to the door.

Something came up and I can’t make it to the class I booked! Can I cancel?

Cancellations are allowed up to 12 hours before your scheduled class. Log in to your 808 Studio account and cancel your booking and the class credit will be returned to you. However, if you cancel past the cut-off time, the class credit will be forfeited.
